Enquiries & quotes
Prices shown on this website are starting prices. Your final price depends on size, material and customisation, and is confirmed in a written quote before you pay.
Orders & payment
An order is confirmed once you accept the quote and the agreed advance or full payment is received. Payment terms for custom work are shared with each quote.
Product images
Photos show the design and colours as accurately as possible, but screens vary and handmade carpets differ slightly from piece to piece.
Custom designs
You confirm that any artwork, logo or design you ask us to weave is yours to use.
