How and when your carpet reaches you.
Where we ship
We deliver across India and ship internationally. For international orders, duties and taxes charged by your country are payable on delivery unless agreed otherwise in writing.
When your order ships
Carpets in stock are dispatched within 3–7 working days of payment. Made-to-order and custom carpets ship once weaving and finishing are complete; the expected lead time is shared with your quote.
Shipping cost
Shipping is quoted together with your carpet so you see one clear total before you confirm. It depends on size, weight and destination.
Packing & insurance
Every carpet is rolled (never folded), wrapped in protective layers and shipped with transit insurance. You receive tracking details on WhatsApp once it is dispatched.
Receiving your carpet
Please check the package on delivery and share photos with us within 48 hours if anything looks damaged, so we can raise a claim with the courier.
